Grand Designs Consulting Pty Ltd was founded by Jake Bell and is a small family run business that specialises in energy efficient design solutions for residential projects.

With a wide-range of experience within the building industry, Jake uses his comprehensive knowledge of residential construction to provide personalised designs to meet the individual requirements of his clients.

Our goal is to help enhance the standard of new homes built in Australia. Collaborating with home owners, builders and developers, we want to showcase how new homes can achieve a significantly higher level of comfort and efficiency without incurring additional expenses.

Most of our projects are located in Tasmania, where the demanding climate zone can require extra energy efficiency considerations. Innovating to overcome the challenges this climate can present is a challenge we enjoy and something we've built our dependable reputation on.  ​
